How do I run adobe flash player on stock rom?

Question :
I just managed to use a laptop and now have my lovely galaxy ace phone is back to stock rom with the help of you and Odin. Thank you. I know your not on here much but I have installed flash 10.1 then the 10.2 update (i tried 10.3) but none of them seem to work. I'm always getting messages from sites saying "You need at least adobe flash 7.0.0 your flash player is currently running 0.0.0"

I'm downloading the apk files installing and rebooting. Am I doing something wrong? My phone is no longer rooted due to reverting back to stock. Do I need it rooted to be able to view flash sites on the galaxy ace. I have read loads but don't seem to have found the answers I'm looking for. If you can help on that it would be fantastic.

No, there's nothing you are doing wrong. In reality Adobe Flash player is not meant to be used on ARM v6 devices like Galaxy Ace or Galaxy Mini so the error is with the app you are trying to install. However, developers from various part of world have modded Adobe flash player to work with ARM v6 devices too and I have even tried one which worked on my Galaxy Mini running custom cyanogenmod rom.

But, in your case you are using stock firmware and I'm not sure if it will work on your device or not. However, you can give it a try once. Here's what worked for me : http://yagyagaire.blogspot.com/2011/10/adobe-flash-player-for-android-smart.html

Follow the instructions there and see if it works. If it does it's alright, however, if it fails to operate then download this one (Adobe_Flash_Player_11_v11.0.1.153_ARMv6_only.apk) and install it manually and see if it works. You may need to reboot after first install.

Also, please note that, while testing it in the browser you use a browser which supports Flash like Dolphin or Sky Fire and check to make sure that Flash plugin is not disable in settings and is set to always or on demand. Now, navigating to a flash site you should see a down arrow, clicking on which will active flash for that page and load it.

Hope it works. Don't forget to report if it worked or not?
